New buttons in 8910 RDF not in KM.

You can have multiple versions of Java on a Windows machine.

I based the phantom keys for the 8910 on what I saw in the 8810. I took a chance that it would work because those two remotes are so similar.

So far I have not encountered any issues.

If you get Nils to incorporate the phantoms in the official RDF, Mark might also include them in KM. KM only supports phantoms when they are defined in the RDF.
