8910 missing Phantom keys
Is this normal..I can't find any info as to why this is the case..
You do realize that a phantom key is not a real key? It is a key for which there is a keycode defined, but for which there is no physical key. So, you can use IR/RM/KM to assign functions to it, and you can use it in macros, but since it doesn't exist you can't press it.
Phantom keys are generally used for functions that you don't need to perform yourself, but that you want to use in a macro.

You can edit the RDF in any regular text editor, like Notepad. It has nothing to do with KM. In fact, KM won't show the additional phantoms unless I add them. That doesn't prevent you from using them, however. On the Key Moves sheet, you can enter a hex button code directly in the Bound Key column.

While KM doesn't use the RDFs, both IR and RM do.
