Manual Settings and RM

RM v1.43 has some enhancements that are very similar to KM's Manual Settings.

Any protocol that is defined in protocols.ini with only the PID and protocol code will automatically have device and command parameters generated according to the number of fixed and variable bytes as coded in the 3rd byte of the protocol code.

I've also added support for choosing the signal style (MSB, MSB-COMP, LSB, LSB-COMP), bits/dev, bits/cmd, and cmd index (for protocols with two cmd bytes).

This makes it easy to add protocols to RM that we don't really understand.
Just add a bare bones entry and then later we can add more details.

I'd appreciate feedback from those who often make use of Manual Settings in KM.

I still don't have support for creating upgrades that use 3rd Party Protocol code, but I do support importing KM upgrades that do.
