Suggestion for IR

I think it's time to remove the device type selection box from the device upgrade change/add pop-up screen in IR.exe. This is a left-over feature from the days before KM or RM were invented. There's absolutely no reason why a regular user would ever want to change the device type here and if they do change it here, they will most likely mess up their button assignments.

I think it would be nice for experts to still have the ability to change the device type (I use this feature alot when I'm testing a new RDF), so maybe there should be an option under "Advanced" which would enable this feature.
