Updated RDF's Maps, and Images Version 1.22

These RDF's are compliant with IR Version 5 & 6 and RemoteMaster(RM) V1.00 or greater
NOTE: KM does not require RDF's

NOTE: If you are using the above set of RDF's with RM you will need this full set of Maps and Images below.

CHANGES:
1) Updated RDF's to fix the protocols for the 6131, 9960, Atlas DVR, and 15-2138 remotes
2) New image and map for the SC Explorer
3) Updated a few Maps and images

You can selectively add the RDF's, Maps and Images you require however, if you choose to replace all, first remove and backup your old ones to eliminate conflicts with name changes.
