Just for your information in the olden days when cassette decks were in use, Cassette players were grouped in with the Video codes. This upgrade corresponds to Video/0097 in the lookup tool.

The Monitor function didn't decode. If someone has the time to pull this out, could you let me know what the pronto hex looked like.
Edit: I did find time to decode it, but its a partial learn so it is a missing function.

Thank You that worked
Just to let you know I don't need the monitor function anyway (My Deck is the KX-500U which is a two head deck which does not have the monitor function that a three head deck has)
I just mentioned the KX-800U because they were similar models so I assumed it would lead me finding an upgrade (Which it did)
Thanks again
Oh about the Hex codes I don't know what is the exact lines you need so here is the KX-800U files
Decoded CCF File
Plain CCF File

I don't know if it helps, but I recorded the signals for the Yamaha KX-800U profile from the Logitech Harmony Database.vickyg2003 wrote:Well for anyone that does need the monitor function, the only thing I can tell from that partial learn is that the OBC is less than 32.
Remotes; JP1.2: Comcast URC-1067, JP1.3: Insignia NS-RC02U-10A, JP1.4 OARI06G, JP2.1: Cox URC-8820-MOTO (still trying to figure out how to make them self-aware.)

Eferz's file has functions not in Vicky's file, and vice versa, so I have added the new functions to Vicky's file. The Tape Monitor function is in there, along with functions for the B deck.

Which one was the "Tape Monitor"? I have to admit that my associative skills failed me on that one.The Robman wrote:Eferz's file has functions not in Vicky's file, and vice versa, so I have added the new functions to Vicky's file.
