protocol-builder v3.00 available!

The latest version of the protocol-builder spreadsheet (v3.00) is available.

It now supports all known JP1 remote processors, though support for the P8/740 and M6805 is not fully implemented or debugged at this time.

Many thanks to Jason Mitchell for the P8/740 support and Mike England for the M6805 support.
