Bad checksum and list out of bounds errors

Hi,
I haven't done anything with my remote in some time. I decided that it needed some updates.

Remote - Radio Shack 15-2116

I downloaded the latest IR.exe and the RDF's. When I try to pull the code from the remote I get the error messages below.

"Bad checksum at address $0000. Expected $F4 $0B, but found $00 $FF"

then

"List index out of bounds (-1)"

I also get a MEM FAULT error on the remote. It pulls part of the code and in the General tab I get some of the data and then the third row for device CBL shows <ERROR> from that point forward.
