protocol builder questions

is there a readme file somewhere for the protocol builder spreadsheet? :)

Specifically, some of these cells are somewhat cryptic to me. (Not surprising as I am a newbie.) Which ones do I put the two lead in numbers into; which ones do I put the two lead out numbers into; which ones do I put the two numbers into that mean "0"; and which ones do I put the two numbers into that mean "1" ?
