I've built and released RemoteMaster v0.78

Changes for v0.78

- RM Maps-and-Images 1.10.zip
- Fix support for Hex device parameters
- Bug 849762: Key code and alternate name function not working together

I've been ignoring a build problem in RemoteMaster for a while because I rarely have any time to work on RemoteMaster and I suspected I was updating from Sourceforge wrong (rather than Greg did something wrong). But my error or Greg's, I'd like to get it fixed and I'm stumped.

KeyMapMaster.java won't compile because ManualSettingsDialog is undefined. Where do I get the file that defines that?

I've just checked it in, along with ManualProtocol.java
They're just code I've toyed with, not ready for use, and not visible in the GUI. Sorry about not leaving the repository in a buildable state.
