All of the upgrades in the file section are for the 34 button Hauppauge silver remote { RC-5 (protocol id "00 e8") dev1= "31" (fixed data 00 40 00)}. You (PGBELL) appear to have the new 45 button remote (dev 30) which should have fixed data "01 41 01". The old black remote was dev 0 (fixed data "1f 5f 1f").

At least those are the fixed data figures that RM generates for those parameters.
Just call me Zaphod (or Steve) --- I never should have started using numbers in a screen name but I just can't stop now.

An observation: the hex values decline by 4 on each line except the one with the error. It is almost as if the functions columns have had a line inserted causing them to shift down. Don't know why this should occur on the OP's machine but not the Robman's if the normal method of loading KM files has been adhered to.

My suggestion - open the upgrade file as a text file using Notepad and chose Edit...Select All followed by Edit...Copy (or use the keyboard shortcuts [ctrl]-a [ctrl]-c). Then go to KM and select the Setup tab and click on the Import button. Ensure also that you don't save the whole KM spreadsheet after each use but rather just save the upgrade file.

I would still be curious to see the saved KM with the error showing. If when I open this version of KM on my machine, the error still shows, I can see which formula is causing it and what values are in the formula.

Pete, I was asking you to post the entire KM spreadsheet, not just the upgrade text file. I can open your upgrade using my copy of KM just fine.

Thanks, that was what I wanted. However, it also opens and displays just fine on my PC, so the problem is something local to your PC.
