Kameleon URC-9960 Display problem

I have a Kameleon URC-9960 that is working with the exception on the display! I'm looking for advice as to how to determine the root cause and a potential solution. I can see voltage variations across the pad connections to the segmented electroluminescent display. Would that say that the InterfaceDisplay (from www.pelikon.com) is bad? Is there a driver to check? Thanks in advance for your advice and guidance.
