EFC Codes for SA 8000 (DVR)

If you're looking at THIS FILE, then the functions you seek are named "Previous Day" and "Next Day", and the EFC's are 025 and 016, respectively.

Are you sure? Those two functions are OBC 0 and 1.

With byte2 set to 1, the EFCs are 034 and 030.
With byte2 set to 2, the EFCs are 010 and 006.
With byte2 set to 3, the EFCs are 026 and 022.

EFC 025 is OBC 6 with byte2 = 3 (ie, the GUIDE button)
EFC 016 is OBC 2 with byte2 = 0 (which isn't valid)

OK, I see what you were looking at now, here's the relevant snippet of the text file...

The "25" and "16" that you see are actually the button codes for the "0" and "1" buttons, which have nothing to do with the 2 functions that just happen to be located on the same lines.

If you look higher up in this file you'll see that OBC mode was used to create it, so the only codes you can read in this fashion are the OBC codes (ie, 000 and 001)

There has, however, been a bug identified with RM that manifests itself in that protocol (Panasonic (old)) so if you're using KM or EFC's only in RM you ought to be OK, otehrwise, wait for an RM update to work on that upgrade.

The fix for this is now available.

i jist thought i would let everyone know there are some bad codes in the this upgrade.

the fav key is actually mute, both 248

Actually, it would be great if you posted a corrected upgrade to the file section. You're going to want to do that anyway and it will save others some time.
