Question about Nevo c2

Question about Nevo c2

I am just starting with a Nevo C2 and I wonder why the soft buttons don't appear at the right position on the LCD screen. Is this a bug in Remote master?

I thought the soft button layout was this way:

1-2
3-4
5-6

Also, I cannot understand the volume lock, all I want is my amp to be the master for all devices...

No bug. But no gaps allowed.

Activity vol device always trumps device vol lock on general tab. Set both.

Thanx I got it working now. This remote has potential that's for sure.
Being able to name the actions on the LCD should stop my girlfriend asking me what button does what....
