hard power button is working, but soft on touchscreen is not

hard power button is working, but soft on touchscreen is not

Trying to setup in EZ-RC the configuration where both TV and reviver turn on and off at the same time with Xsight Touch. The problem with the receiver Pioneer: every command works, but "power off" and "power on" on the touch screen - does not. When I press the hard button on Xsight Touch it works (turns the receiver on and off), but I want it working in activities.
(I had no problem at all with Samsung TV.)

I am sorry, I have found the command "power" instead of "power on/off" and now it is working.
But I still have a problem with updating EZ-RC tray tool "check for updates" as it return with mistake.
