This may be a weird request, but I'm trying to build an HTPC, and it would be nice to have a JP1 remote that has a small keyboard built in for small text commands and the like. Besides reprogramming my URC-6131 for small things such as page up/page down, is there something with a small keyboard like a Treo hidden in the backside of the remote, or am I looking at picking up one of the touchscreen remotes? |

UEI used to have a remote that looked like a normal remote on the outside, but it's secret was that it would fold open to reveal a small keyboard (at least, I think it was UEI, because I can't find it on their site right now). _________________ Rob

That would be pretty much perfect. I'd love to see a picture of it. |
