I bought the projector with no remote, so here I am.

There are a lot of projector models, NEC and other brands, that all use the same basic code set. There is a good chance your VT45 uses that code set.

There are a bunch of OneForAll setup codes for that code set (with minor variations), most of which are not included in most OFA models.

I don't have any info on which setup codes are in the URC8200. TV/0030 and TV/0178 are in a lot of models. Try those. If one of those is present and some key on the URC8200 then operates some function of the projector, that would be a good enough starting point to figure out the rest.
