Looking for Descrete codes for Hitachi 36CX35B TV

Post by Hichhiker »

If they exist, does anyone know what they are? I tried the generic ones listed but no luck so far.

Idealy would love to have on/off and direct input selects.

Thanks

Please supply us some more information as it's unlikely that any one here who can help has the exact same TV.

1) Is there a setup code that controls your TV (even partially)
2) If no, Do you have a learning remote and the original remote.
3) If so, please learn as many signals from your original remote and tell us the protocol/device/sub-device used.
4) If none of the above are available, your best bet is to search for CCF files at Remote Central and decode them using DecodeCCF.

Help us help you.

Sorry, my bad, I was going to include the code but forgot. The code TV/0146 works for the TV in general, but does not seem to have descrete codes (at least none of the ones I tried worked) I am going to look at the CCF stuff meanwhile. Thanks for the pointer

Thanks.

If you mean TV/0145, try the following EFC:

ON = 22, OFF = 26, Tuner = 57, Video1 = 217, Video2 = 215, Video3 = 189, Video4 = 212 and Video5 = 24
