Hello Alan,
Didn't understand that they were different,
But have had this response from Logitech will this help matters?

(I've cloned your account - login ID is "riscatto2", and password is "harmony". Don't hesitate to write back if you need any help during your setup !)

Coincidently Logitech Have put duplicate files for FILE ie: File1, File2
but they all seem to work

Perfect. I'll hand back to eferz now as he has done all the work. You need to tell him where to put these codes . They can either be added as Custom Buttons, accessible only through the menu, or you could use the unused buttons on your remote (Pg+, Pg-, White, Enter)

The new OBCs he needs are as follows:

FAV 93
FILE 76
SAT 8

Cheers

Al

I uploaded v1.1 of the files.

Associations are as follows; Favorite is Favorite, File is White, Satellite is Input. For the commands not associated with a virtual button, use the drop down menu for the remote commands. Btw, I thought there was a fourth command, "signal"?

Well, we live and learn. After all these years I didn't realise you could allocate functions to those buttons and they would appear under Misc in the drop down menu. I have always just used the Custom Buttons.

I was going to offer to map it to the TM 6900 skin, but I don't get Technomate offered as a manufacturer under any of the selections. Am I missing something ?

Part of the problem is that the half of the names for the button associations of our Slingbox RDF is blatantly wrong. For example, "tv/vcr" is actually "input". And to make matters worse, the names and the available buttons in the Slingplayer client will change depending on skin associated with the device.

It could be a regional or Slingbox Pro-HD thing. I see Technomate as an option under manufacturer if I choose Satellite as the device type.

Ah, found it on my UK Pro-Hd. It doesn't appear on Classics or Solos.

They have replaced the older files. So, it is in the same links in the beginning of the thread.

They use the generic SlingRemote skin. If you want to alter it then you will need to customize them yourself.

I don't mind helping you to do that, as I am having a quiet time at the moment. But it involves playing around with the BIN files a bit so I suggest we do it off-forum. Give me an e-mail at alan@rmrsoft.com.

If we are going to try the realistic skin the BIN will have to be remapped anyway so it's a bit academic. But you did do what eferz said did you and check the Menu ?

More likely, he didn't reset the input before loading the bins.
