Hi afmathieson, welcome to our board. The Motorola VIP 1200 uses a Nokia32 protocol. I'm afraid that the 15-2138 doesn't have a Nokia32 signal built in. You've said N/A to learning remote, why is that?
Many of the Kameleons are WAV upgradable, I believe the 2138 is one of them. So you can create a WAV with the Motorola upgrade from our file section, or you can learn from the OEM.
If you create a WAV file, you'll need to include any upgrades that you had from other WAV files. Its best to create a WAV file of the upgrade area. _________________ Remember to provide feedback to let us know how the problem was solved and share your upgrades.
Tip: When creating an upgrade, always include ALL functions from the oem remote, even if you never plan on assigning them to a button. Complete function lists makes an upgrade more helpful to others.

In case you ever get a cable or decide make a wave file, you can use this file below:
_________________ Remotes; JP1.2: Comcast URC-1067, JP1.3: Insignia NS-RC02U-10A, JP1.4 OARI06G, JP2.1: Cox URC-8820-MOTO (still trying to figure out how to make them self-aware.) |
