I have a been trying to find/make hex codes for my Z-5500 speakers. I have managed to get the .ccf for the Z-680, and used the DecodeCCF tool to get a text file with the codes. I am lost as to how to use the Pronto IR tool to encode/decode them. I saw on this thread (http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=11875&sid=5c8c5a18850024f6c9ed95a23ffb2ac2) how to get this far. I can't for the life of me figure out how to convert them to pronto hex. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Here is the location of my file if you need to download it:

OK, you know that the protocol is NEC1, device 8. The function numbers are in the column labeled OBC. For example, Mute is function number 22.
Get the MakeHex GUI and MakeHex. In the GUI, select NEC1, and device 8. Set up a function number range from 0 to 31, using a and c. Then click Make Hex. |
