Its a lot harder to try a bunch of setup codes, than it is to learn and build your own upgrade. The only official Insignia DVD setup is CBL/1268 a NEC1 135.34 device that was introduced in the JP1.3 remotes. Your remote doesn't have anything like this built-in. Even if I spent the time learning the codes from the jp1.3 on the off chance that this might meet your needs, it would still only be a generic version without any specialty keys.
So now you have a chance to contribute a new upgrade to the file section. Make sure to learn all the keys, even the ones you don't plan to use, as this makes the upgrade more useful to others. _________________ Remember to provide feedback to let us know how the problem was solved and share your upgrades.
Tip: When creating an upgrade, always include ALL functions from the oem remote, even if you never plan on assigning them to a button. Complete function lists makes an upgrade more helpful to others.

If the work had been already done, you'd already have your upgrade, right? It would take us much longer to do heavy Google searches to try and find out who really makes your player than it would for you to just learn the signals and built an upgrade yourself. _________________ Rob
