What are ccf files and where do i find them?
Where should i put decodeIR.dll: windows system or windows system32? |

They are configuration files for Pronto remotes. Prontos are expensive (by JP1 standards) PC programmable learning remotes. There is a giant collection of CCF files at Remote Central CCF files

Rob always specifies a specific directory. I haven't experimented with such things in a long time, but I thought it depended on path (the environment variable) or registry settings or version of Windows (or phase of the moon, like most Windows behavior). If you've narrowed it down to two choices, try one. |

They are Pronto "component configuration files". The Pronto series is made by Philips and is a very good learning remote with a good share of the premium universal remote market.
