|

Are the 6012/8011/8811 device toggler and multiplexer in the Yahoo! Groups folders supposed to work with the 8811 extender 3? Every time I try it without an extender, it works, but with it, it has no effect. The LED flickers for a second (like it does when it's unextended), but the device code doesn't change. I really need it to work with the extender for my setup, it's an important part of the whole thing. |

There is a register number that needs to be changed, because those protocols need to know which is the current device and that extender changes the meaning of "current device" and which register(s) it is stored in.
I don't have time to look up the detailed answer now.
There have been threads answering this question before. I don't know whether those were here or back on Yahoo. |

I didn't mean to repeat the same question over and over...I hate posting about things without looking through all the posts several times, but I can't seem to find it. I'll keep looking, though...(I did find an earlier post of yours saying you already answered it ). |

I found it! It took a lot of digging, but I finally did. I can't remember where it was now, but it's on the Yahoo! Groups forum if anyone has the same problem and doesn't know where to start. |
