Does anyone know if there is a way to create a pause in a macro?

I have a DIGITREX 32" LCD and a URC-8820 remote which had to "learn" its commands from the factory remote. Im using the HDMI input only on the TV, so when the display gets powered on, I have to hit "input" 4 times to select the correct source.
I would love to create a macro to automate this only the tv takes like 5 seconds after hitting power before it seems ready to accept further commands. I have tried following the manual for the 8820 but have had no luck in even creating one that will even do the 4 inputs, let alone power on, pause, then 4 inputs. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Yes. In KM or RM, there is a "Pause" protocol that you can use to create a pause. Assign the pause you creat to a button and insert that button in your macro.

Read the protocol help for the Pause protocol in KM/RM

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Smile I have been trying to read as many posts and help files as possible but it can be a little overwhelming! I will let you know if I have success.
