Got my legacy delcom JP1 USB cable working (with some registry editing from http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload.php?action=file&file_id=25588), and successfully communicated with my 15-1994's on my Win10 machine running RM/RMIR 2.09 build 6.
However, although it seems to connect with my other JP1 remotes - 2117's, HTPro/URC-8910, URC-6131s and Kameleon - after i select the RDF from the popup window (suggesting it's at least starting to communicate), all I get is "Download aborted." (The 2117's all had extenders loaded, and I factory reset one of them, and get the correct non-extended RDF but the same result)
Comms with the 15-1994's remains functional.
What should I check next? _________________ Beginners - Read this thread first

I will be watching this thread because I had to move to a Win 10 laptop a while back and my JP1 USB cables don't work on it. I have already tried doing all the patches that Vicky describes in her doc. I can't find my JP1 adapter, so I ordered another one from DIY Gadget so I should be able to program my older remotes using it with an FTDI cable once it arrives. _________________ Rob
