TASK ERROR When I d/l from Nevo C2, and learns not deleted

Hi and Happy New Year
When I download from remote I have task error. I followed the instuctions and made a RAW download for the experts to review.
I can upload to remote with no problem.
At the beginning downloaded was ok, then I starting adding favs, activities, devices, macros, etc using RM, uploaded to remote, and when I tried to download this data, I always have Task error.

And something else. I have learns in the learn tab I converted them to device upgrades successfully but when I check all the learns and try to delete them nothing is deleted.
is this normal or i am doing something wrong?

EDIT
Trying to find out what is going on and help the developers , I made some tests.
I start uploading and downloading backup files from newer to older to find out from which file and after downloads give task errors, and I found the file that is working fine.

I made some tests, I found out that the error is activity related, I made compares with the two files I tried to delete activities from the bad file but I could not find what activity is responsible, When I delete all in the bad file Download is working.
I left the same activities at last at both files and the bad still download not working.
I also noticed that when I add a note in each activity upload the file to the remote, and download again notes are deleted, I don't know if that is normal
I don't know what is going on
