JP1 Remotes

I see a bunch of codes for Sony receivers but none of the ones listed are for the "DG" line...

From what I can tell in the store the STR-DG500 ->900 series of receivers use the same remote.

By chance has anybody captured just the audio control / sections (input selection, vol up-down, FM/XM pre-set up-down)?

Don't need the TV/VCR controls..

Sony is pretty consisten across their devices. Have you tried ANY of the Sony receiver upgrades?

P.S. It's still useful to use the template provided in the #1 Code Search FAQ, since if you don't, Rob's likely to lock your thread.

Well then 'IF' my questions cause my thread to get locked then so be it..

But I am working a ton of hours and right now it will be weeks before I will have a chance to 'play' with "IR" and change the 'receiver' from my older Kenwood receiver to my new Sony.... I had the receiver for a month before I had a chance to install it...

I have found that what looked like the same remote they were not and the only other receivers that this remote will work with are:
Sony HT-7000DH
Sony STR-DG600

The Sony remote in question is named: Sony RM-AAP012-IR
