Hello everyone, I have the most recent Virgin Media TV box and remote control, but for some reason, none of my remotes are recognizing the commands. I've had some luck using cable box code 1582, which someone put on a VM forum to operate with this device on universal remotes. But since I want to make some changes to the device, I'm wondering if there's a method to get information on upgrades from what I already have or what the closest upgrade is to this one. basket random

We have an upgrade for Virgin TV but it's not clear from your post that you're a JP1 user, so would you know what to do with it? You don't mention which JP1 remote you're trying to program.
