Hi,
I installed the Motorola VIP 2262-2502.rmdu file and it works, but... its missing the 4 arrow buttons to scroll the guide menu and recordings. And possibly a few other buttons.
Thanks to anyone that has additional info?
Regards,
Terry |

It is always helpful to post a link to a file that you wish for us to look at, so here it is to help others:
http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload.php?action=file&file_id=13511
That file has all 4 arrow buttons, so not sure what you're looking for.
OBC Button
88 Up
89 Down
90 Left
91 Right
92 OK _________________ Rob

Hi,
Thanks for the help. Next time I'll add a hyperlink to the file on the site.
I installed the file on my ARRX-15, I could press the guide button to pull up the guide, but then pressing the arrow buttons located around the OK button would not perform any action. And similar issues with the arrow buttons when attempting to use them in the saved recordings area.
I'll try to double check later today.
Regards,
Terry |

So, it's not that the RMDU file doesn't include the arrow buttons, as you originally stated, it's that they don't appear to work on your device, correct?
The ARRX15G remote is a learning remote, so have you tried learning the arrow buttons from your original remote? If you have, did the learned buttons work? And if so, have you tried downloading the RMIR file to see what codes they use? _________________ Rob

Hi,
Actually after removing and re-adding the RMDU file, I noticed a popup saying it could not map all keys. I guess I missed that last time. So I manually mapped the keys and now the arrows are working correctly and tested.
Cheers!
