OK--I've been looking all over...and I cant find any info on this field.
Is this some sort of 'overflow' field? Any idea how it is used???

The best answer for this is move to remotemaster(RM). The b2 field is for byte two of a two variable byte protocol. RM really shines when you are using two variable byte protocols. RM uses descriptive terms that correspond to decode terms. The only time I ever use KeymapMaster is of I suspect that RM is importing a KM file incorrectly. That used to be a regular occurance, but RM has come a long way since then. RM knows about the newer protocols and is the tool of choice for creating custom devices. _________________ Remember to provide feedback to let us know how the problem was solved and share your upgrades.
Tip: When creating an upgrade, always include ALL functions from the oem remote, even if you never plan on assigning them to a button. Complete function lists makes an upgrade more helpful to others.
