After 3 years of faithful service driving a pair of Wharfedale bookshelf speakers at background volume levels, my Sonos Connect Amp as gone mysteriously silent - yes I have checked, the mute function is not enabled
Would anyone here have any schematic diagram info for the Sonos unit? |

Is there an actual model number somewhere on the machine?
That would help to research the unit.
First troubleshooting tip is to determine if it is an input or output problem. In other words, you should try another input source if possible. _________________ Just call me Zaphod (or Steve) --- I never should have started using numbers in a screen name but I just can't stop now. |

I'm kind of hoping for a better model number than the general brochure type, These things are often sourced from multiple vendors but all sold under the same "banner".
Like a VIN number is a lot more descriptive than "Mustang" in the case of cars. On some TVs, for instance, the number on the Instruction Manual is nowhere near the actual model number.
