But you don't want the 1f there. You want 31 there.
RemoteMaster is still importing wrong.
With the corrected protocols.ini, you can delete the Parm value and get correct fixed data of 31.
The Parm value has a rather complex effect on the signal generated (I don't want to figure out what 1F would actually do). The receiver seems not to be picky about the difference between 31 and 1F but there is a difference and even if you didn't have the extra reason to want the signal exactly right it would still be best to fix it. |

The sequence you describe is exactly what I get when opening
Samsung_SIR-TS160_tuner.txt in RM v0.88 as well.
I didn't know how much of that was expected behavior as this is
my first attempt at using it. After the file loads, I select my remote
and go auto-assign the buttons.

Our replies are crossing in the ether making some of my
questions/comments out-of-sync...

Got it, sorry.
I'll try to manually edit the value to 31 and see what I get.
I'm going to be out of touch until tomorrow evening, so I'll
have to report back later.
Thanks.

v0.89 did fix all of my problems. The upgrade file now acts
the same as the modem upgrade and Girder sees both
bitstreams as identical.
Thanks.
