Scientific Atlanta 8300 skip

I am not at home where my resources are. My daughter just got a Scientific Atlanta Explorer 8300 DVR (Time Warner Houston). Anyone know off the top of their head if there is a 30sec skip (or sometinng similar) function available?

I am not aware of any 30 second skip on the SA8300 DVR. I have searched myself and could not find one.
