Have you tried any of the Samsung TV upgrades in the file section? A random sampling shows that they all use the NECx2 protocol with a device code of 7, so I wouldn't be at all surprised if your TV set does also.

The TV/0060 setup code doesn't use exactly the right protocol, so while it would appear that most buttons will work, you will probably notice that buttons that should repeat when help, don't. Have you tried the volume buttons?

If you find that this is the case, try any of the upgrades for Samsung TVs and the problem will be fixed.
