Hello, I write you from Italy, I have acquired with eBay urc-9960, I have sent mail to the support center for having the codes for the "DVD - Daewoo International S2122 and SAT - Aston Xena 1700", but the codes that they have given to me do not come accepted from the urc-9960, have tried to contact them by the telephone for telephone upgrade unsuccessfully, can you tell me how to upgrade it ?.
My device.
DVD: Daewoo International S2122 code 1234 - 1242,
SAT: Aston Xena 1700 code 0142 - 1129 - 1261.
You can help me to convert these codes in format .wav.
Thanks for your help.

The IR.EXE program can create a wav file from a configuration with the external program ir2wav.exe. Depending on how complex your configuration is, it may be much easier to purchase/build a JP1 cable for your remote. With the program you can load the information for your devices. In the files section I found an Asten 2000 (which might be similar to your 1700).

I think most of the experts can look up information about those five setup codes and give you advice or help creating upgrades in KM or RM that can be merged in a 9960 config using IR.EXE and then exported to .wav file.
I'm away from my usual computers, so I couldn't help before Monday.
Have you determined which of the two versions of 9960 you have? You might try installing some .wav file of each of the two just to see which one is accepted.
