JP1 Remotes

I found a few threads where people discuss JP1 programming for a Sony DAV-S300 and DAV-S500. Also noticed that the Robman posted an upgrade file for Sony Dream Systems in the files section. I am assuming it uses codes listed here:

Before I dig in to JP1 again, has anyone tried using these codes and/or upgrade files for a Sony DAV-FR1 Dream System HTiB?

Went ahead and gave it a shot, and I am happy to report that the Sony DAV-FR1 Dream System HTiB supports both discrete power on/off as well as discrete inputs. Great! I used Robman's Dream System file from the Files section, and added the discrete input codes from http://www.hifi-remote.com/sony/Sony_dvdrcvr.htm

The process went surprisingly quick actually. I think the most daunting task to JP1 newbies is determining which help files are most current, and which to use... KM or RM.
