RemoteMaster v0.71 now available!

I've built and released RemoteMaster v0.71
Changes for v0.71
- Handle extra spaces at end of lines in protocols.ini better.
- Preferred remote dialog, Enable/disable move buttons when remotes are selected/deselected
- Request 820614: Allow EFC/Hex column to expand on External Functions panel
