Cannot access File Section

Hi all,
I was trying to access some files and I am now getting this error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '||' (T_BOOLEAN_OR) in /home/robman94/public_html/ofa/forums/pafiledb/includes/functions_pafiledb.php on line 1634
This is coming up when I click File Section or File Search, or when clicking a direct link to a file. File Section was working for me about 4 hours ago.
