JP1 Remotes

Hello
I have a concern with my i-phone since a little while.
when using the virtual keyboard (clavier in french) whatever the channel i dial i get "0"(all the programmes):.....so i get the channel i need after 2 other dialings.
How can i do to have directly the channel i wish as it works on my i-pad,and my computer?
