I am trying to configure my slingbox which is connected to a CISCO PDS 2100 deco (from UNE Colombia).
I could to find a compatible RCU (ACT TV India Cable box) from the RCU list. But this configuration only works in the old slingplayer app. It does not works properly on the slingplayer web neither on the mobile app. On these last, the RCU only sends the first command, i need to restart the connection to send a new command. (I have posted this: https://community.slingbox.com/message/117628#117628).

The point is:
I believe that i need to create a bin file to configure the slingbox with my STB. For this i have used an IR trans to learn each IR code from my original RCU (look at the bottom of this post). Please, anyone could to help me in order to convert the IR trans codes to a bin file?

You can use the Import tab of IrScrutinizer to decode IRTrans signals. I tried this with your captures, and unfortunately most of them are not complete learns. We can see from the timing data that the signals are probably NEC1 because has the burst pair 8888 4496 and 8888 2328. These match the lead in for the first frame of NEC1 and the ditto part of the signal. 38KHz is also correct. IrSrutinizer does decode 4 of the signals, with device 0, subdevice 253. Although the burst pair data suggest that at least 1 signal must have been NEC1, the 4 decoded signals are all listed as NEC2, because none of the individual learns have the dittos recorded.

I would get IrSrutinizer, and work with it and IRTrans, varying my learning technique until I managed to get captures whcih can be decoded.

I suggest everyone hold off spending time on this as I have just built the poster a Custom Remote based on my Harmony. If that fails we can revisit this.

Yes, IrScrutinizer also thinks it is device 1.253. But I didn't type the decode from IrScrutinizer correctly in my above post.
