The IFOX-TC is the "Telecolumbus" (Cable Company Germany) version.
But it looks like even the "-TC" has different models.
Or at least there are boxes with different remote control devices
(Ruwido in this case?).
According to the manual the right one should look like this:
http://www.kkc-eutelsat.eu/forum/wcf/im ... a53e73.jpg
(I hope, you don't mind posting links to other sides, because links
usually don't last forever :-\ )
I expected the "Humax 4Phase 7.32"
(mentioned here:
https://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=12314)
to work somehow, but it doesn't.
And the remote for the iHD-FOX C indeed looks totally different.
It may be the right protocol with only another Device/Subdev. number.
Or something completely different.
(Is the Humax 4Phase the same as Ruwido's "r-map"?)
The only file that I have found in the file section related to Ruwido
is the "T-Home X 300T.ir".
That one uses a totally different protocol (TDC-38), but it doesn't work either.
Tried all Humax codes from the lookup tool (great tool, btw.!)
Unfortunately I couldn't find a singe working code (yet).
Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks in advance...

That device is in the Harmony database, but I don't have my harmony with me.
We have scads of Humax upgrades in the file section. If you use the Jp1-Master spreadsheet, you can see the ones that have oddball protocols, and give them a try.

We don't know about ruwido r-map, but r-step comes in at least two versions, which we call CanalSat and CanalSatLD. As Vicky suggests, you can ltry upgrades using these two IR protocols.

Thanks for the quick replies and suggestions.
I'll give them a try and post the results.

Ahh. Looks like I've found it (already)!
To my surprise, no "Ruwido" or other strange things - simply NEC1 (38kHz), Dev 0 / Sub 80.
I had tried a lot of NEC1 dev/sub combinations before without success.
But the solution was just one subdevice away.
After Vicky's post I thoroughly inspected the JP1-Master spreadsheet again
and finally found, what I had obviously missed before.
So, thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
Phew - and that already was the difficult part.

Now I only have to figure out the correct OBC-Key combinations. Should be no problem.
Then I'll create a device upgrade file asap.
