DVTe 203A cable box

Hi all
I just success made custom ir code from betaremotes.com, but I don't know how to convert .lrz to .bin or rmdu for SlingPlayer. I tried many ways still cna't be convert.

It would take too long to explain, quicker for me to do it for you.
Unfortunately the LRZ is not giving a good IR Protocol (Have we been discussing this device over on answer.slingbox.com ? I recently told someone there I couldn't do anything with this protocol).
Right, for the 'real' experts, IR.EXE is decoding this as:
??Kaseikyo-84.87 Device 5, Sub-Device 88
Any thoughts ?

We need to see the learns. I think you've got a process that pulls in the IRZ files, but I don't know how to do that either.

There's no way we convert the LRZ files into anything directly. It uses an archive format that nobody understands how to use. So, by itself, its pretty useless. The only way we can use it is through Sling Media tools.

Alan uses LRZ (not iRZ) files by importing it into his own Sling Account. This feeds his web slingplayer log with the UEI information. He then trims that log so his program can parse the UEI string to reformat it. Then he opens it IR.exe and copy and pastes it into the learn signals one by one.
I use a different methodology of downloading the respective XML file and opening it within RMIR.

Yes but somewhere he's getting ??Kaseikyo-84.87 Device 5, Sub-Device 88
So somewhere there is timing data, if a decode is suspect, the next thing to do is look at the rawtiming data.

It appears that zero, eight, Guide, Left, Up and Channel Down are not going to work.

Though I do see a bit of inverted binary going on, so I'm predicting that "0" will probably be "00001100

The number buttons are well behaved, and I agree with your guesses for zero, but then the variable bits switch around for the other buttons. I'm hoping that there's a pattern, but for now it looks like the simplest approach is to treat it as a 2-byte protocol.
Also, I haven't checked to see if we've already seen this protocol before, or how close it is to Kaseikyo format.

Thanks for everyone that offer advices
I am currently in China, I have a lot of remote for Cable box that can not properly setup using ways provided by forum.
I have URC -8910 device in my hand, through IR.exe and RM I can solve 70% of remote problem. But there are others similar to DVTe 203A that I can not solve.
Is there any information I can provide that can help everyone to assist me on solve current situation?

When I was playing around with the Fujitsu protocol, which uses 2 bytes of variable data, one of the executors variants sent out a kaisiko when you changed the first byte of fixed data. Changing the first byte changed the length of the signal. If I get a chance this afternoon I'll see if its the version built in to the slingbox. If it is, perhaps someone could tutor me in how to set this up in protocols.ini.

We need to know the device manufacturer to come up with a name for this Kaseikyo variant.
Also do we know if all of the slingboxes really use 00f8 variant 1, or should we just add this as a manual setting?

Well the answer is no, the protocols section lists the wrong version of the protocol that I wanted to use, so I've been working on that.
