How to Submit Device Upgrade

I tried to find instructions for submitting a device upgrade file, but came up empty. Can someone tell me how to submit a file? Thanks!

1. Click on the File Section link at the top of this page.
2. Click on the Device Upgrades, which should be 2nd on the page.
3. Chose a category for your upgrade (eg, TV, Audio, DVD, etc) and click on it.
4. Click on the Upload link near the top of the page.
5. Enter the relevant information and use the Chose File button to select your upgrade file, then click Add File.
If you want to quickly find the file that you just uploaded, click on the File Section link again and your file should show up on the right, next to Device Upgrades.
