Google returns absolutely nothing for "Bestbox Inesa AC9V660", do you have any more info on this box? I'm assuming it's a cable STB from Hong Kong?

It's a cable box in shangha

I imagine the reason we can't find anything via Google for this box, is because any websites on it are probably written in Chinese. Are you able to find anything on the web for it yourself?

Is the OARUSB04G remote available in Shangha? If so, you could buy this remote and capture the signals from your Bestbox remote, then we can use that info to create a Slingbox file for you.

If you mean, can you make your Slingbox send Bluetooth signals, the answer is no. If that's not what you mean, please try to re-state your question.

Is the cable box we are talking about a shanghai dongfang cable box?
I failed to find anything at taobao by searching ac9v660 but it returned ac9v301 by shanghai dongfang cable tv. There seemed to be 4 different remotes by shanghai dongfang cable tv.

Also, you said that they upgraded the remote from i/r to bluetooth. Do they actually replace your remote with a bluetooth remote? That's something extraordinary, isn't it? For they have to replace every remote of their customers. If there is a way to switch your stb between bluetooth and i/r mode, then you might be able to control it with a slingbox.

I suggest you get a jp1 remote to learn the original remote and upload it here for analysis.
