Hello,

In the "Remote -> Interface" menu, I have:

Auto detect
CommHID
JP2BT
JPS

That's all.

I want to use an FTDI based serial adapter. Which option is right?

"JP1.X Serial" is the correct option. If that's missing, you have several installation files missing. Download the latest Remote Master from sourceforge again and unzip ALL files and folders into your Remote Master folder. For good measure, run Setup.vbs again as well. Also make sure your Remote Master folder is in a user-writeable folder like My Documents.
