First upgrade from learned commands Yamaha RX-V475 Receiver

I am trying to create a custom upgrade for my Yamaha RX-V475 receiver and upload it to my URC 7960. I've learned 8 different commands (the 5 discrete HDMI inputs from the RX-V475 remote, vol +/- and power toggle) and copied down their EFCs from the Learned Signals.
Since their protocol in the Learned Signals tab was NEC1-y1, I used the NEC 4DEV Yamaha Combo protocol. I entered the 2 subdevices from the Learned Signals which were 122 and 126. For the functions, I entered the EFCs from the Learned Signals, changing the Y Style to y1 for all signals detected as NEC y1. Upon saving and upgrading the remote, only the Vol+/- keys work.
If I use a second learning remote (1056B01-L) to learn from my custom upgraded 7960, under learned signals it states:
"Malformed Signal: burst table extends beyond end of hex".
Here are the learned signals:

And here is my (failing) upgrade:

I've been through a bunch of threads and have tried upgrades for other RX-V receivers but none seem to do anything.
This is my first foray into JP1 so I apologize if there is anything I've forgotten. I'm happy to provide any additional details that may help.
