JP1 Remotes

I think that's an old JP1 EEPROM remote. You have a JP1.x cable, according to some of your other posts. So you'd have to buy this adapter before it would work in Remote Master.

But some people have had problems getting that to work.

You seem to have several other remotes that already work with Remote Master. Why not configure one of those to control your SA box instead?
