On to the Humax,
Protocols.ini scares me. I tried to update the ini, but I don't think I did it right. After updating the ini, the upgrade opens, but there is no protocol code shown on the output tab. So nothing to add.

The "Humax" protocol still uses the Panasonic executor, so there won't be a protocol upgrade.

Well then no, this doesn't work, at least not on the Comcast.
I loaded it into the JP1.3 Comcast, and shot it at the widget. The decode is a
??Kaseikyo, 1,170 10.18
which I was hoping for. But it doesn't give you the correct OBC value. Thinking maybe I had put a 1067 upgrade into a 1067BX3, I did a 981 reset, and repeated the upgrade procedure. I still got very strange OBC values. Thinking that it might be a bad number table entry, I gave the number 9 a screwwy OBC, but still the same thing. The number 1 that is supposed to have an OBC of 3 is shooting an OBC of 176.

While we hash the 00c9 thingy out, here is an upgrade with custom protocols. Signal structure is accurate, timings might need a little tweaking, hard to tell from the Harmony learns.
