Jason (gjarboni) is our resident expert on remotes like the Producer and Topline series, so I'm sure he just wants the remote to complete his collection so he can use it for testing, etc. Therefore, I doubt that he cares what condition it's in.
As for shipping a URC-8910 to the UK, it'll cost $9.
The main gripe about the donut ring is that the SELECT button in the middle is kinda small, so it requires a little more concentration to press it properly than seperate buttons would need, but it's still quite useable.
